1. How does it work?
Contact DSICI online or by phone with details of the item(s) you wish us to sell. Initially we just need your contact details and a brief description of your item(s). If the item(s) comply with DSICI terms & conditions we will then arrange to visit you at the items location to take more details of the item(s) and to take professional photographs so we can present your item(s) in the best possible way, ready for sale.
2. What items do DSICI sell?
DSICI will sell any individual item worth a minimum of £50.
3. How do I know it will be worth more than £50?
If you need us to valuate your items then please dont hesitate to contact us.
4. How much does it cost?
We operate a strictly No Sale No Fee policy All costs that are incurred will be deducted off the final selling price of the item so there is no initial cost to the customer.
We charge 35% of the final selling price. Please see example below.

DSICI costs; £35.00
Balance of Account £65.00
5. How do I get Paid?
We can pay you for your items in a number of different ways, Cheque, Bank Transfer or even Cash. All customers are paid in 10 working days after their items have been dispatched. Please see terms and conditions for more information.
6. How long does it take for my item to sell?
From collection typically it takes approx 2 weeks including the auction lasting 7 - 10 days.

8. Can I advertise or promote on your web site, if so what are the costs involved?
Yes at DSICI we offer an affiliates section, used as another selling portal in which our business clients can advertise their products, property, services etc. Our fees are commission based, with terms can be agreed on a individual basis.

1. Can I purchase directly from DSICI?
All our items that we sell can be bought directly from ourselves using our website. If you see an item for sale that you wish to purchase please contact us directly and we can arrange this for you. Dont worry if you dont have an ebay or paypal account. We accept all major credit cards, cheques, Postal Orders, bank transfers and on some items cash on collection.
2. Can I make an offer on an item(s)?
All items that are registered For Sale by DSICI are open to offers! Please make your offers realistic as we are employed to obtain the highest price possible for our customers.
3. Warranty & Returns
We do accept returns if the goods are not as describe or have been damaged in transit. We will not accept returns if items are unwanted or ordered in error. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
